Pulse-Bac® Model 2150
Pulse-Bac 2150 is a HEPA vacuum with a filter fractional efficiency rating of 98.0% @ .3 micron at a CFM flow rate up to 311. The 2150 model comes standard with Pulse-Bac® Technology, our Cyclonic Debris Management system, Tank Capacity Sensor, 5 ea HEPA H-13 filters, non-marking casters and the universal bagger.
The 2150 model is a industrial grade vacuum that can be used for vacuuming fine non-combustible powders or as a dedicated continuous duty dust collector for manufacturing machinery and surface preparation equipment 30” plus in diameter. Available in a single phase 220 volt or a 110 volt, the 2150 vacuum uses a patented bagging system that is designed to allow for continuous operation.
This patented design allows the user to fill the bag, remove, discard and replace it, without shutting off the vacuum and stopping production. In addition the 2150 comes with an industry first, a Tank Capacity Sensor. The TCS warns the user when the collection tank is full and needs to be emptied. Once full, a flashing LED and audible alarm begin to warn the user the tank is full and needs to be emptied. If the tank is not emptied in a timely manner, the vacuum will shut off. Once the collection tank is emptied, the power is restored to the vacuum. The 2150 can fit through any standard size doorway or freight elevator and has four non-marking casters for easy moving.
Our revolutionary design in vacuum filtration automatically flushes the filters clear while you work, using only ambient air and vacuum. This stops the filters from facing with dust or debris and clogging during operation. Maintain peak performance with NO BLOWERS, SHAKERS, COMPRESSORS or BUTTONS to push. Just turn it on, Pulse-Bac® technology does the rest.

The HPLM 3690
What is HPLM?
Put simply, it’s the highest power to weight ratio you will find in a dust collection vacuum to date. With 690 CFM and 110” of lift, this vacuum machine weighs in at just 208lbs. That is 70% lighter than other industrial grade vacuums with similar performance. The 3690 will supply all the power you need in a portable package that saves time and trouble.
The 3690 uses our innovative and patented Pulse-Bac technology, this keeps the filters clear and suction consistent. It incorporates our Revolution 360 Bagger Cart, allowing the user to move around the job site with ease and able to dump dust and debris without stopping production or turning off the machine. In addition, the 3690 comes with a new remote control on/off feature, a updated Easy Empty Dump Valve, a Tank Capacity Sensor and our exclusive Cyclonic Debris Management system.
The HPLM 3690 is capable of collecting large amounts of dust generated by surface preparation equipment like floor grinders, shot blast machines, jack hammers, concrete cut off saws and the like, as well as a dedicated dust collector for a one process machine in a manufacturing and Industrial production setting, like sanding, grinding or abrasive blasting, capturing mineral and silica dust, collecting carbon black or toner dust, plastic and composite dust, as well as Talc and Food Additives to name but a few.

Hum-B Floor Grinder
Our Hum-B floor surfacing and polishing equipment covers more square feet in less time with less effort, maximizing comfort and increasing productivity. Our ergonomically designed floor surfacing equipment allows the user to grind or polish in an upright position, reducing fatigue, backaches, and job site injuries. Hum-B floor surfacing equipment is ideal for grinding or polishing concrete, terrazzo, stone, and masonry or removing paint, thin set, adhesives, VCT, mastic and epoxy floor coatings. Hum-B floor grinders are the only floor surfacing equipment equipped with the patented Dust Grabber™ dust shroud. This shroud allows the grinder to float across the surface like a puck on ice, eliminating 100% of suction lock and capturing 99% of airborne dust.
Hum-B floor grinders come with a 2” dust port, 150 watt halogen light, non-marking caster wheels, a 6000 RPM or 3500 RPM polishing grinder and a one year warranty. We offers different types of abrasives to use with the floor grinders from cup wheels to remove epoxy coatings or prepping a concrete floor for a new application, to polishing rings for polishing concrete, stone and terrazzo. Floor grinder in action, click here.
To achieve a dust free operation we strongly recommend using a Pulse-Bac® PB-1050 dust vacuum to capture the dust generated by the grinder. If using the grinder to remove paint from floors, a PB-1050H HEPA Certified dust vacuum is recommended and complies with EPA RRP rules.
